How I review Plate.Fit plans
“I look for plans that translate clinical nutrition guidance into meals people can actually prepare and sustain. I review the condition-specific nutrition rules, portions, balance across the day, practical Indian food choices, and whether the guidance clearly stays within the role of nutrition support alongside a patient’s medical care.”
Nutrition education
Falguni has conducted workshops on pregnancy diets, high-protein vegetarian diets for cancer patients, and healthy cooking for diabetic and renal patients. She has lectured on child nutrition for parents and teachers at Mumbai schools including A.V.M. School, Kids Concept School, Beacon High School, and Podar Blossom School, and has delivered talks on therapeutic diets for general practitioners through medical associations and institutions.
