Plate.Fit was founded by Bidisha Basu and Karishma Bhatia. Both were leading busy lives while struggling to find diet plans that worked for their own conditions and still made sense in an Indian kitchen. They built Plate.Fit to make condition-first nutrition planning more practical: familiar meals, realistic portions, and guidance that can fit around work, family, preferences, and medical care.
