Plate.Fit is an AI-powered personalized diet planning application designed to help users manage health conditions such as PCOS, Diabetes, and Thyroid disorders through customized Indian meal plans. The Service includes meal planning, meal scanning, progress tracking, and health report generation.

Plate.Fit offers free and paid subscription access:

• Free tier includes basic meal plans and limited daily scans
• 7-day free trial. Then ₹199/mo or ₹999/yr.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
• Refunds are provided as per our refund policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Misrepresent your identity or health information
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to others

All content, features, and functionality of Plate.Fit, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of DataBloom Technologies LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By uploading content (such as meal photos) to Plate.Fit, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze this content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service. You retain ownership of your content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataBloom Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
